Houston-based Pontikes Development will soon break ground on a 3 million-square-foot speculative warehouse and distribution park near Port Houston.
JLL's John Talhelm, who will be marketing the property alongside Kevin Erck, said the park will sit at one of the last available tracts of Port-adjacent land that could accommodate such a park.
