ZXP has expanded its presence at Port 10 Logistics Center with a lease of ±171,500 SF in Building 3. This strategic expansion supports the company’s continued market growth and brings Building 3 to 100% leased.
Margo Outdoor Living selects Port 10 Logistics Center for its new distribution center to support operational objectives at both a regional and national level. Margo Outdoor Living will occupy Port 10 Building 8 which is a 102,800 SF dock high / front load building.
Port 10 Logistics Center has secured two significant new leases, underscoring the park’s continued momentum.
In Building 3, Port 10 welcomes Old World Industries with a ±250,000 SF lease that will support the company’s multimodal operations and growing market presence. The building offers approximately 171,500 square feet immediately available for occupancy, along with the advantage of on-site rail service. Additionally, Maplewood has expanded its footprint in the market with a lease of roughly 90,000 square feet in Building 5, where we have an additional 90,000 SF available in this Class A Building with Cross-Dock configuration.
